Safe and Sound... :D

I didn't get whacked, I didn't get whacked...
But those balls came awfully close! But thankfully, I didn't get hurt and neither did my family.

Unfortunately, we missed half the game. My mom called the stadium that night to see if there was going to be a cancellation due to all the rain we've been having and the guy she talked to said no. But he was pretty sure that the game that we were going to would probably start late, because there was another game before the one we were going to (that was a canceled game from a few weeks before). We thought "Oh, perfect!" because we were going to be a little bit late anyways - dad had a job that night. So, we show up around 8:00 (the game originally started at 7:00) and it turns out that the game did start on time and it was actually the fourth inning out of seven! Oh well. We had fun and at least we didn't have to pay for the tickets! ;)

And that's about it. Nothing else is new...
