Bad News, Disney, Good news, Disney, Halloween, DISNEY DISNEY DISNEY!!!!

So.

I will start with the more sad/bad news and work my way towards good. Here we go:

  • My friend from Martial Arts is leaving to move to Africa. :( If I'm not mistaken, he won't be coming back for three years. All of us are going to miss him very, very much!!!
  • I can't find my mood ring that I always happen to lose. Even if I put it away, I still lose it!

OK, time for the good news. :)

  • My schoolwork is almost done. Trying to work ahead because we're going to Disney (I'll get to that)!!
  • Aly's horseback riding lessons went great yesterday! She was one the best ones and the teacher used her for an example, so I'm really proud of her. :D
  • My room is (somewhat) clean.
  • Tomorrow is the weekend (even though I'll probably still be working because of Disney!!)
  • Annnnnnd... WE'RE GOING TO DISNEY!!! :D I am SO excited, for many reasons that I will explain below:
  1. I'm going to meet my friend that I found through school! I've never met her before, but I've been talking to her online for almost a year now (in fact, it will be a year next month). I'm REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY excited about that!!!!! :D
  2. We're going to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which, in my opinion, is better than Mickey's Very-Merry-Christmas Party (yes, I've been to them all). It's my favorite. :) I found this link online from a person that went to the party and took a lot of pictures, just to give you an idea: PARTY! I'm going to be taking TONS of pictures I'm sure, so I'll post them once the trip is over. By the way... We're not going for two weeks. :P
  3. Another reason I'm more excited than I was last year, was because last year we went to Disney three times. The first time we went because Dad was getting his air conditioning license (All Florida Cooling and Heating), but we didn't go into any parks. The second time was about a week later, when we went for the Jonas Brothers (!!!!!!!!!!!!!) concert. This time Daddy and Lucy didn't go, though - just Mom, me, Aly, Nana and my aunt went. The third time we actually went for a vacation in December with the family for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (yeah, we're all about Mickey's parties...).
  4. I'm planning on finding as many Hidden Mickey's as I possibly can and taking a picture of every one that I find. For those of you who don't know what Hidden Mickey's are, click HERE.

I think that ends all the reasons.

I'm trying to get Aly to go on Splash Mountain! For all of you that have been on it, please tell her that it's really not as bad as it seems from the outside. The first time that I went on it was last year. I always thought that it was this really scary ride because of the last drop and I wouldn't go on it for the life of me. Three? Two? years ago I went on Thunder Mountain though! I know! Can you believe it? Thunder Mountain before Splash. Last year I also went on Space Mountain for the first time, which is now one of my favorite rides EVER (I was just a little daredevil last year). I'm trying to get Aly to go on that too, because she's so interested in the space stuff - I think she would love it. And she's trying to convince me to stop talking about Disney. My aunt and uncle haven't told me younger cousin, Emily, that we're going yet, because other wise she'd drive them insanely crazy. Aly really wishes Mom had done the same with me!!

Unfortunately, we won't be camping. :( Something about getting a hotel room when you buy two tickets?... Something like that. So, we have to leave Lucy at home with Papa. We surely will miss both of them in Disney!

OH. Here's a good commenting topic: What are your top three favorite Disney rides ever? Or two or one, whatever. Just tell me. =]

And that's about it. Keep on Blogging!

XoXo,

Nina

Hi Nin,
1st off - you lose EVERYTHING - your mood ring is just the tip of the iceberg, and maybe, just maybe, that's because your room is not really THAT clean!
2nd - I really wish that I had done what Auntie did and that is keep my big mouth shut! haha
3rd - If your sister doesn't want to go on something, please stop pestering her about it and let it be. When she's ready - like you - she will!
4 - stop blogging and do your school work
5 - I can't wait to meet your friend either!
6 - I love you
~Mom

Just to clarify - Nin is not a typo - it should be prounounced Neen - like short for Nina which is short for Kristina. :)

Let me just start off by saying that I had to pause my music so I could write this because you post was so long that I need to concentrate. (Not that I'm complaining, I love long post!)

YAY!!!! Disney!!!! I love Disney!!! I'm guessing by the rides you mentioned that you’re going to Magic Kingdom, which is of course awesome!!!
Don't push Aly to hard to go on the Mountains. I myself didn't go on any of them until I was 15. I wish I would have gone on them earlier but I had a bad experience my first time on splash mountain. (My dad forced me on, and we had to ride in the front seat, plus it smelled like wet dog but anyway.) If you’re going to try and talk Aly into doing any of them though I suggest that you do Space Mountain, in my opinion the best Mountain. (Fallowed by Thunder, then Splash)

I guessing that you’re staying on Disney properties with the whole by 2 tickets just a hotel thing. If so then don’t forget to loot for hidden Mickey’s there too. And have one of those Mickey Mouse head waffles for me. /winks

Hmmmmm 3 favorite Disney rides ever…….. Well I’m Going to have to break it up by parks. So Magic Kingdome I would say…. Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, It’s a small world, Haunted Mansion, The Barnstormer, and Buzz Lightyear. In MGM theres Star Tours, and I would say Rock n’ Rolercoster but I’ve never been on that, even though I want to. The only good ride at Animel Kingdome, that I’ve ever been on is Kali River Rapids. And the all of Blizzard Beach is awesome!!!!!!!
How’s that???

Mom - Well, you have to admit, my room has looked worse before. And I'm blogging when you said I had free time on the computer! So, there. :P Can't wait to meet her either! Love you. <3

Katie - Oh, sorry. :P Yup, Magic Kingdom it is. I'm hoping to find the hidden Mickey's EVERYWHERE! Unfortunately, I Googled to see if there were any Hidden Mickey's so far that people have found in the hotel we're staying at and nothing came up. :( But maybe I'll find some of my own!! I looooove the Peter Pan ride at Magic Kingdom and the Mountains. At Epcot, I love Test Track. I didn't really go on any rides at MGM, because they all seemed to scary. And the last time I went to Animal Kingdom, I was 5? 6? and scared of lots of stuff. 'Cept, the Lion King show was just so cool!!

And too the both of you above - I'M NOT PESTERING ALY TO GO ON. I asked her and she said no. She does want to go on, but she's a little scared and I was explaining the ride to her and telling her that it's not bad. That's it!

Josh - -shivers- Broken elevator that crashes down from way up high all the way to bottom? Count me out. And yes, but I have to take it off sometimes!

DISNEY!!!!!!! :D Shweeeet. Haven't gone in five years ... Top three favorite rides? Can't even remember ... I know Journey To Atlantis in Sea World was awesome, but you're not going there, correct? And then the Epcot one Mission Space or whatever it's called (forgive me, can't remember the name), was absolutely amazing. Blood-curdling screams. Imagine that, for about five minutes straight. I think they took the G-forces out, though, after those kids died, so it's probably not as good anymore ... it was awesome then though. :D
Sorry, that wasn't much help, was it? XD

Nope, no Sea World, haven't been there in quite a few years. Mission: Space I was too scared to go on, but Test Track is one of the best rides ever. :D I think that they made another section of Mission: Space which doesn't have the G-forces.

Last I heard they took the G-forces off the whole ride, but you totally should have gone on it before they took the G's out. It was so awesome, Nina. XDD It felt like you were in a real space shuttle taking off. Absolutely the best ride I have ever been on.

Wait... How do you know it felt like a real space ship? XDD

Anyway, go here Manda and you'll see that I was right: http://allears.net/tp/ep/e_ms.htm

I usually am. xD

Ahhhhh you're right. :DD
And ... really, for all I know, it could actually feel like tumbling down a hill in a giant, rotting pumpkin. But I BET it feels like a space shuttle. :D

Oh, ok. XD It probably does... I remember some astronaut went on it and said it was like being in a space ship.
